By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

स्पर्धेशी संबंधित सर्व गोष्टींसाठी नियमावली आणि तुम्ही सही केलेले हमीपत्र लागू होतात. या अटी आणि नियमावली यांत फरक असल्यास, प्रवेशाबाबत नियमावली व हमीपत्र प्रमाण मानले जाईल.For everything about the competition, the Rules and the undertaking you signed apply. If these terms and the Rules differ, the Rules and the undertaking prevail for entries.

• पात्रता नियमावलीनुसार आहे (भारताबाहेरील संस्था). नोंदणी तुमच्या संस्थेच्या वतीने अधिकृत प्रतिनिधीनेच करावी.Eligibility is as stated in the Rules (organisations outside India). Registration must be made by an authorised representative on behalf of the organisation.
• सांकेतिक क्रमांक (Entry ID), नोंदणीकृत ई-मेल आणि ई-मेलने येणारा कोड हे तुमचे खाजगी साइन-इन आहे. ते इतरांना देऊ नका. त्यांच्या वापरामुळे झालेल्या कृतींसाठी तुमची संस्था जबाबदार असेल.Your Entry ID, registered email and the code emailed to you are your private sign-in. Do not share them. Your organisation is responsible for what is done with them.

When you give other people’s details (representative, cast, crew) you must have the permission you need. An entry with false information can be refused, as set out in the Rules.

• या अटी तुमच्या एकांकिकेची किंवा व्हिडिओची मालकी स्वतः हस्तांतरित करत नाहीत; तुम्ही कोणत्या परवानग्या देता हे नियमावली व हमीपत्रात सांगितले आहे.These terms do not themselves transfer ownership of your play or recording; the Rules and the undertaking say what permissions you give.
• एकांकिका व फाईल्स अपलोड करून तुम्ही खात्री देता की त्यातील सर्व हक्क (संहिता, संगीत, मूळ लेखकाची परवानगी इ.) तुमच्याकडे आहेत. तपशील सही केलेल्या हमीपत्रात आहे.By uploading a play or files you confirm you hold the rights in them (script, music, the original author’s permission and so on). The details are in the signed undertaking.
• निवडक एकांकिका अंतिम फेरीत दाखवणे व समाजमाध्यमांवर प्रसिद्ध करणे यासाठी प्रयोग मालाडला दिलेले अधिकार नियमावली व हमीपत्रात सांगितल्याप्रमाणेच आहेत; या अटी त्यात भर घालत नाहीत.The permissions you give Prayog Malad to screen selected plays at the finale and publish them on social media are exactly those in the Rules and the undertaking; these terms add nothing to them.
• तुमच्या एकांकिकेमुळे किंवा फाईल्समुळे तिसऱ्या व्यक्तीच्या हक्कांचे उल्लंघन झाल्यास त्याची जबाबदारी तुमच्या संस्थेची आहे.If your play or files infringe someone else’s rights, your organisation is responsible for that.

• शुल्क, ते भरण्याची पद्धत व परतावा न मिळण्याचा नियम नियमावलीनुसार आहे (सध्याचे शुल्क ₹ २,०००).The fee, how to pay it and the no-refund rule are as in the Rules (current fee ₹ 2,000).
• पेमेंट फक्त नोंदणी पानावर किंवा पेमेंट पानावर दाखवलेल्या तपशीलांवरच करा. इतर कोणत्याही संदेशातील खाते-तपशील आमचे आहेत असे मानू नका.Pay only to the details shown on the registration page or the payment page. Do not treat account details in any other message as ours.
• पेमेंट तुमच्या बँकेमार्फत होते; बँकेच्या विलंबाला किंवा चुकांना आम्ही जबाबदार नाही. पेमेंटची पडताळणी आम्ही स्वतः करतो.Payments go through your bank; we are not responsible for bank delays or errors. We check payments ourselves.

संकेतस्थळ कायदेशीर कारणांसाठीच वापरा. खालील गोष्टी करू नका : खोटी किंवा पुनःपुन्हा नोंदणी, स्वयंचलित प्रणालींनी फॉर्म भरणे, सुरक्षा तपासणी (Turnstile) किंवा मर्यादा टाळणे, इतरांच्या प्रवेशात प्रवेश करण्याचा प्रयत्न, संकेतस्थळ किंवा सर्व्हरवर अवाजवी भार टाकणे (अपलोड स्पीड टेस्ट प्रामाणिक चाचणीसाठीच वापरा), आणि व्हायरस किंवा हानिकारक फाईल्स अपलोड करणे. असा गैरवापर झाल्यास आम्ही प्रवेश नाकारू किंवा प्रवेश बंद करू शकतो.Use the website only for lawful purposes. Please do not: make false or repeated registrations, submit forms with automated tools, get around the security check (Turnstile) or the limits, try to reach other organisations’ entries, put unreasonable load on the website or its servers (use the upload speed test only for an honest test), or upload viruses or harmful files. If this happens we may refuse or end access.

Please do not copy or republish them without permission; sharing information about the competition is welcome.

Changes will appear on this page and the “Last updated” date will change. If you keep using the website after a change you accept the new terms. Changes to the competition Rules or programme are made and communicated to the organisations concerned as the Rules provide.

या अटींना भारतीय कायदा लागू होतो. यांबाबतच्या वादांसाठी मुंबई येथील न्यायालयांना अधिकार असतील. जिथे तुमच्या देशातील ग्राहक/माहिती संरक्षण कायदे तुम्हाला अपरिहार्य हक्क देतात, ते हक्क या अटींमुळे कमी होत नाहीत.Indian law governs these terms and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction over disputes about them. Where the consumer or data protection laws of your country give you rights that cannot be waived, these terms do not reduce them.
